Dark Chocolate Almond Oat Balls



Easy and healthy snacks on the go.
You can enjoy munchin' on without any guilt.
These are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber! Filling you up in a good way.


Ingredients:

3/4 cup Traditional Rolled Oats
1/4 cup  Dark Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp Almond Milk
2 tbsp Almond Butter

Steps:

1. Heat almond milk, chocolate chips and almond butter in low heat.
2. Once chocolate chips melts, turn off heat and stir in oats.
3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and chill for 10 minutes before eating.



Makes 15 oat bites.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. I have finished mine in less than 4 days.

Garlic Butter Chicken Recipe

Easy chook dinner for tonight, Garlic Butter Chicken.

In Australia, they use the word "chook" to refer to chicken.




Ingredients :

1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Panko bread or breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup Parmensan cheese, grated
1 tbsp fresh Parsley or 1/2 tbsp dried Parsley
1 tsp dried Oregano
4 Chicken breast, pounded

How To:

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius
2. Melt butter and olive oil in a low-medium heat over the stove.
3. Add in garlic and let it boil. Set aside.
4. Prepare your coating by mixing the rest of the dry ingredients in a shallow plate.
5. Pour in the oil-butter mixture to your chicken.
6. In a baking tray, lightly grease it using the same oil-butter mixture.
7. Coat you chicken using the cheese-bread batter and lay flat on the prepared baking tray.
8. Bake the chicken for 40mins or until cooked through.
